Most of them are lined up to be released by January itself. This list contains all the confirmed devices. Some of them are just leaks but this year may change the way how smartphones are used to be. The Nokia 9 PureView the device with five rare camera setup is the much-anticipated flagship device from Nokia family. Earlier it was estimated that the Nokia 9 PureView would be launched in January. But now it seems that the company has postponed the launch date of Nokia 9 PureView due to some unresolved issues in the production line. Once the glitches are resolved, we shall see the Nokia 9 PureView in the Indian market in February this year.

Huawei Honor View 20 comes with a 48MP rear camera setup, and HONOR All-View Display(The hole-punch display) and Link Turbo. The phone comes with the industry-first 48MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor which is a breakthrough in technology. This is the worlds first device to come with this all-new hole-punch display design to avoid notch. Honor View 20 expected launch date is 30th January.

Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition is declared to be launched in February 2019 & will run on Android 9.0 OS. The Smartphone has a built-in fingerprint sensor as the primary security feature. With the multiple connectivity options in terms of 3G, 4G, GPS, Wifi Bluetooth capabilities. The phone will come with 128GB of native storage. The Smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 (10 nm) which is a 2.7 GHz Octa-core Processor. A 10 GB of RAM & Adreno 630 graphics processor will guarantee smoother performance even with the most memory-intensive applications.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is an excellent smartphone which is loaded with a lot of flagship level features. The device can deliver a flawless performance while running multiple tasks with the help of Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 MSM8956. Overall, the device is one of the best options to go for around this price range. The Redmi Note 7 Pro has not yet been confirmed by the Xiaomi to be coming to the Indian market, and we can expect to be priced around 13200 to 15700 INR. Redmi Note 7 Pro Will would be the next budget flagship phone if it launched in India with the same specifications and price.

5. Samsung Galaxy M Series

Samsung is launching its latest Samsung Galaxy M-series range of smartphones on the 28th of this month. Samsung already confirmed the news with a dedicated page on Amazon India. Samsung says the Galaxy M series lineup of smartphones is intended to target the youth and is designed in India. The Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 will be Samsung’s first smartphones to go with the Infinity V notch display. Out of the two, the Galaxy M20 can be expected to feature a 5,000mAh battery, first for any Samsung smartphone. The Galaxy M10 is said to priced around Rs 10,000, while the Galaxy M20 may cost up to Rs 15,000. The Samsung might launch the Galaxy M30 on January 28. Details about this series are limited at the moment.

6. Realme A1

Realme A1

A fresh leak reveals that the Realme is about to introduce the Realme A1 budget-friendly smartphone. The leak reveals that the handset will be positioned lower than the Realme U1 smartphone. The Amazon India exclusive Realme U1 carries a starting price of Rs. 11,999 (~$171). Hence, it is likely that the rumored Realme A1 may be priced around Rs. 10,000 (~$142). The handset is expected to be available in colors like Black and Yellow.

As of today, there is no leak on the specifications of the Realme A1 device. However, it is being rumored that the handset may feature a waterdrop notch screen like the Realme U1 and Helio P60 or Snapdragon 600-series SoC could power it. The Realme A1 may feature a rear-mounted dual camera and an AI-powered selfie shooter.

7. Moto G7

Moto G7

Lenovo-owned Motorola is expected to bring four Moto G7 series smartphones this year. Moto G7 along with Moto G7 Plus, and Moto G7 Play, Moto G7 Power are assumed to launch in Brazil ahead of the annual Mobile World Congress(MWC). To recall, predecessor, Moto G6 made its debut in Brazil as well in April 2017 with three devices – Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus, and Moto G6 Play. It looks like Motorola is looking to add ‘Power’ variant to its Moto G series this year. Moto G7 is expected to feature a dual-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 16MP primary camera paired with a 5MP secondary camera. The phone will have a 3,000mAh battery. We will have to wait for an official launch to know more details.
